1.     4-H Showmanship* - only Wayne County 4-Hers who enrolled in the 4-H Horse Project by February 1, 2011 are eligible

2.     Open Showmanship*

3.     Lead Line – rider must  be 8 yrs and under

4.     Adult Walk & Favorite Gait*

5.     4-H Walk & Favorite Gait* - only Wayne County 4-Hers who enrolled in the 4-H Horse Project by February 1, 2011 are eligible

6.     Small Fry Walk & Favorite Gait - 12 yrs and under

7.     English – walk/trot (rider not eligible for classes 9, 11, 13, 15)

8.     Western – walk/jog (rider not eligible for classes 9, 11, 13, 15)

9.     Western Horsemanship - no pattern; walk, trot and canter (W/T/C)

10.   Country Pleasure – trail pleasure rack (trail gait only)

11.   Western Pleasure – W/T/C

12.   Racking – English or Western tack/ attire

13.   English Equitation - no pattern; W/T/C

14.   Style Rack - English or Western tack/ attire

15.   English Pleasure – W/T/C

16.   Ride A Buck – bareback rider holds dollar under leg, last rider with dollar wins 75% entry money.

17.   Open Pleasure Driving*

18.   Open Trail* – Pattern will be posted day of show. English/ Western; gaited/ non-gaited

19.   Open Barrels* - stop-watch timed

20.   Speed Class – Enter at show walk; will also exhibit show gait and fast gait. must maintain form.

Classes 1, 2, 4, 5, 17, 18, and 19 are any breed eligible; both gaited and non-gaited.

RULES

1.   Admission $5.00 – 5 yrs and under FREE. No charge for exhibitors.

2.   Entry fee for each class $10 except Lead Line is $2 and Small Fry Walk/Fav Gait is $5

3.   APPROVED EQUESTRIAN RIDING HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR YOUTH EXHIBITORS       (17 yrs and under)

4.   JUDGE’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL

5.   Poorly controlled animals will be excused from the show grounds.

6.   Must show valid (within past 12 mos) negative Coggins at time of registration or any time requested.

7.   No pads or chains on horses permitted on show grounds.

8.   NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

9.   NO ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES PERMITTED ON SHOW GROUNDS.

10.  Poor sportsmanship will result in dismissal from show grounds.

11.  NO youth (17 yrs and under) permitted to exhibit and/or handle stallions on show grounds.
