    On behalf of the Wayne County Fair Board we are glad that you have chosen to participate in the vendor program. Please fill out application, vendor release form, sign and return these forms with $30 deposit (per spot) by Saturday July 9, 2011.

All Vendors that apply before July 9, 2011 will be reimbursed on Saturday August 6, 2011 at 11:00 p.m, if they have tended their booth for the duration of the fair

All vendors, after July 9, 2011, are required to pay a $30.00 deposit per spot to set up your booth.

All Vendors that apply after July 9, 2011 will not be refunded their deposit. 

Furthermore, all vendors will pay daily gate admissions.

I_______________________________ am the representative for the above mentioned organization and release the Wayne County Fair and any person representing the fair from any liability. We understand if any injury, theft, or loss of property occurs it is our responsibility. We will not take any legal action against the fair or anyone associated with the fair. We also understand that we are responsible for any liability associated with our booth that may occur during the time of the fair. We understand it is our responsibility to adhere to the following rules.

 

1. All booths shall be in place and ready to open by 4pm on August 3^rd 2011 and the booths cannot be removed until the fair is over on Saturday August 6^th 2011 at 11pm.

2. At the end of each day the vendors shall pick up all trash around there booths and put it in the dumpster.

3. There shall be no grease or cooking oil poured on the ground, this becomes a safety problem.

4. Cussing and foul language will not be tolerated

 

5. There will be no driving in the booth area after 4PM each day. This is a safety issue.

 

Given rule number 5, ice must be purchased on the fairgrounds. 20lbs bags will be available for $3.50 each.
