The benefits of a vendor booth:

A booth space 12 ft x 12 ft to promote your organization, conduct fundraisers and/or educational programs.           

Electricity free of charge, Access to water free of charge, and Access to 20lbs bags of ice at $3.50 each

Security of the Fairgrounds by the Wayne  County Police each night of the fair.

 

What is required:

Deposit of $30 is required with application & vendor release form; booth to be set up by August 3 at 4:00 p.m.;

deposit refunded on August 6, 2011 at 11:00 p.m.

Failure to attend the entire fair forfeits the deposit.

Failure to have $30 Per spot, post marked by July 9,2011.  The deposit will not be refunded

Electrical cord with GFCI receptacle (this is a safety requirement issued by the Fire Marshall)

Pick up trash around booth at the end of each day and Place in dumpster.

No driving in the booth area after 4:00 p.m. daily.

Properly dispose of cooking oil/ grease; do not pour it on the  ground.

Purchase ice available on the fairgrounds for safety reasons.

 

Booth applications are accepted after Saturday July 9 but the $30 deposit will not be returned.

All vendors will pay gate admission daily. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
